The moment you step inside, the warm atmosphere welcomes you, an inviting prelude to the culinary journey ahead. The bar snacks are a highlight, capturing both the essence and the bold flavors of the cuisine. A personal favorite is the Peking Duck Spring Rolls, priced at $14. These rolls are a delightful fusion of crispy skin and tender meat, perfectly complemented by a tangy dipping sauce. For a taste that tingles the senses, the Mala Fries, also at $14, deliver a spicy, numbing sensation that leaves you craving more.
Vegetarians are not left behind; the Vegetarian Spring Rolls at $12 offer a burst of fresh ingredients that will satisfy even the most discerning palates. Each dish reflects a commitment to quality and flavor, showcasing the chef's passion and skill.
Accompanying the food are a carefully selected array of beverages, including the unique Oec Yuzu Pilsner Draft at $12, which enhances the flavors of the dishes while providing a refreshing contrast. Went for a few drinks & sat at the bar, immediately greeted with cucumber water which was sooo surprising since you don’t get that anywhere else in the city. The bartender Jess & Paul were amazing & recommended all the cocktails we got, which were all sooo good. We got the steamed pork buns which were so juicy and flavorful. Definitely coming back & most definitely recommend.
Wow a hidden gem in the LES is an absolute must-visit! The atmosphere is cozy and intimate, making it the perfect spot for a night out. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure you have a great time. The highlight, of course, is their Asian fusion cocktail drinks. Each drink is a masterpiece, with unique flavors and beautiful presentations. We had a great time and will be back! Note: to make reservations on Fridays and Saturdays as they get packed!!
Overview: The first time my husband and I came here, we went to get drinks before our valentines dinner that was somewhere else. But once I saw that soup dumplings were on their food menu, I had to get them. And man am I happy that we did. They were delicious! They are pricy for soup dumps, but you get a variety of different flavors that I think is worth it! My favorites were the mala and truffle ones. SO GOOD! The drinks we got as well were all really good! Very creative and fun. The second time we came, we went with the intention and getting dinner. Of course, we got the soup dumplings! Overall, I really like this place and will be coming back. What was ordered: DRINKS: Flight | A Little Clarity, Pandan Colada (without rum and replaced it with another liquor), PB&S, Floating on Grand, Passion Express, February special cocktail (i forgot the name) FOOD: Soup dumpling sampler, dim sum sampler, duck egg buns Stand outs: Soup dumpling sampler, Passion Express, A Little Clarity Flight, Pandan Colada Would I come back/recommend: Yes - I would come back (already did haha) Yes - I would recommend
Jade and Clover is such a gem—loved the cozy, intimate vibe and stunning decor. The cocktails were super creative, mixing Asian ingredients in a way that felt fresh but familiar. Service was warm and attentive the whole night. Definitely coming back to try more!
We stumbled upon this bar one night and tried it later. The bar does a nice job of separating the bar and high top tables from a room with larger tables that can be good for groups. We liked the decor. The staff was fairly attentive. I appreciate the clarified cocktails and enjoyed the passion express. Mom’s remedy was a bit too sweet for us a tasted more like a cherry strawberry candy that sneaks up on you with its alcohol strength. I’d recommend reading reviews and looking at photos before ordering cocktails. We had eaten before but liked the look of their small plates menu. The bar felt less Irish than we expected.
Loved the vibes and interior! We ordered the Chrysanthemum Collins, Passion Express, and Sticky Situation (not pictured). The drinks tasted great, not too strong and the flavors were amazing. We also ordered the Mala Fries, Peking Duck Spring Rolls, and Fried Wontons. The food was really delicious and I recommend all the dishes we tried. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Definitely coming back here again!
Solid experience and wonderful service. we came on a Thursday around 9:30 and were able to get a seat easily. The back room is better for groups but it can get loud, and the front bar/high top tables are quieter and better for pairs/quieter. We shared a few drinks (chrysanthemum drink, mango sticky rice, and the tequila sugarcane one). We liked the tequila one the best, the others were okay but not as complex or interesting as we thought they would be based on the descriptions. Would most likely come back to try other drinks and since the service was so nice.
The ambiance here has a cozy, café-like feel, with an intimate atmosphere and a fantastic music selection. It's the perfect spot for evening drinks. My favorite bartender is Yvonne—her vibrant personality always lifts the mood and adds so much to the experience. The drink menu is full of unique options… Look Mam (earthy cocktail that hits home) that’s a must-try. The place feels incredibly homey, just look at their choice of cups. Happy Hour : 6-8 P.M. Recommended; chinatown ginger sling, dragon den, peachy river, house shots, & truffle fries.
